Handle areas and work allocated including testing and relevant assurance procedures.  Prepare and review assurance work papers and ensure compliance with firms policies and procedures and also regulatory requirements.  Coordinate with internal and external teams including client personnel for information/ data  Support the team on standardization of processes, documentation, analysis of technical issues, and research solutions.  Ensuring compliance with engagement plans, internal quality & risk management procedures. Be responsible to front end and manage the internal and external quality review process for respective engagements and deliverables.  Responsible for the operational matters including, billing, collections, efficiency and optimal utilisation of efforts and resources, monitoring engagement budgets, etc.  Proactively taking up full responsibility of engagement deliverables.  Coach and mange team members including facilitating on the job training.  Participate and undertake trainings and training programs both technical and non technical topics 
