Functional Title: Project ManagerLocation: KolkataJob DescriptionManage the Company Financials Delivery with the Equity Capital Market team distributed over global delivery centers with strong understanding of Company Financial Reports and timely delivery with high accuracy.Experience of business sourcing in equity capital market with thorough understanding of capital market segment and various products offered under the capital market segment including but not limited to Company Financial Reports, Broker And Analyst Reports, Fixed Income products - Corporate Bonds etc. Candidate needs to have an overall experience of 10 years, of which a minimum 5 years of in independently managing large assignments in capital markets and financial information services.Knowledge of reading and interpreting financial data and financial statement analysisLead a team of 100-200 team members across various streams in Company Financials distributed globally across different geographies, timezones and culturesLead Client meetings and discussions - Govern, Review, drive and manage Client defined SLAs and internal metrics. Delivery owner and SPOC.Analyze daily performance indicators, encourage awareness and drive performance improvementsProvide leadership, guidance and feedback on individual and team performanceMaintain strong relationships with internal / external stakeholders and address business needs effectivelyLead the P&L for the clusterPlan Staffing and Training needsBuild and ensure a culture of accountability, integrity and respectIdentify and work on new opportunities to grow the cluster - Effort Estimation, Validation and PricingParticipate in various projects and continuous process improvement activitiesBehavioral CompetenciesCustomer focus, Drive for results in a team and ability to take ownershipStrong analytical skillsFlair and ability to evaluate business opportunities and make sound business judgementsRelationship building and networking skillsStrong communication and presentation skillsAbility to complete a assignment/ job within stipulated timelineFlair for comprehending the finance documentsStrong Team player, ability to manage conflictsAbility to mentor and guide teams.Strong execution skillswith focus on clear, realistic action steps and timelinesGood facilitation skills, strong verbal and written communicationAbility to work effectively in ambiguity, shifting priorities and multiple deadlinesPossess excellent interpersonal skills, open to all available shifts
