We work with 200+ institutions and are expanding rapidly in India and the Middle East.We’re now rebuilding our GTM engine — and this role is at the core of it.Role SummaryWe’re hiring a Product & GTM Marketer who can take our products to market with clarity, velocity, and creativity. This is not a passive “content” or “SEO-only” role — you’ll work directly with the CEO to shape how we position our offerings, redesign our website, launch features, and build inbound GTM engines.If you're excited about working directly with product, design, and founders — and want to craft messaging that moves deals, this is for you.What You’ll Own Positioning & MessagingConvert product features into compelling positioningCreate messaging guides by persona (EBs, Principals, Parents, Teachers)Own narrative for new offerings (e.g. “Smart Onboarding”, “Parent360”, “ERP for Colleges”)Website & LP OverhaulLead complete website rewrite aligned to new visionBuild landing pages per offering and personaWork with design/dev to execute Word Press buildGo-to-Market ExecutionPlan and run new product/feature launchesCreate demo flows, sales collateral, pitch decks, explainer contentBuild case studies, customer stories, and proof pointsSEO & Content FlywheelSet up content strategy to rank for high-intent K-12/college keywordsManage blog cadence, glossary, and content clustersCollaborate with freelance writers if neededLead Gen & Funnel StrategyWork with external performance agency (or freelancers)Guide campaign messaging, targeting, LP flowMonitor conversion metrics, lead quality, funnel drop-offsYou’ll Work Closely With:CEO – for narrative, ICP, launch strategy, growth loopsProduct Manager (Likith) – for feature clarity, GTM timelinesDesigner – for LP design, demos, UX storytellingSales Team – to translate value into outbound hooks✅ Must-Have Skills3–7 years in B2 B Saa S or Product MarketingProven experience in:Writing crisp messagingLaunching featuresBuilding landing pagesCollaborating with product/designAbility to write — short-form copy, long-form SEO, demo scriptsStrong sense of ownership and executionAbility to operate in a fast-paced, hands-on startup environmentBonus if You HaveExperience marketing to schools, colleges, or SMBsPast exposure to Webflow, SEO tools, Hub Spot, Google AnalyticsBuilt marketing at a sub-₹50 Cr ARR Saa S companyWhat You’ll GetDirect access to founder, product, GTM strategyOpportunity to shape a category-defining Saa S productOwnership of narrative at a company with ambitious scaleCompetitive salary + performance-linked bonusesHow to ApplyMail us at with:Your resume2–3 examples of LPs, launches, or content you’ve ownedA short note on why edumerge’s mission excites you
