To support this growth, we are looking for a Sales Counselor to join our Delhi-based team.
Role Overview
As a Sales Counselor , you will act as a trusted advisor, connecting with parents and students to promote Curious Jr’s offerings while building strong relationships in the Middle East and Gulf regions. You will play a crucial role in driving customer acquisition and retention, leveraging your expertise in sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Counseling: Engage with potential customers to explain Curious Jr’s programs and help them select the most suitable learning solutions.
Sales Execution: Convert leads into paying customers by demonstrating the value of our offerings and achieving monthly sales targets.
Market Insights: Understand the education needs and cultural dynamics of the Middle East and Gulf regions to tailor sales strategies.
Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow Curious Jr’s presence in the Gulf region, working closely with the marketing and operations teams.
Relationship Management: Build long-term connections with parents, students, and local stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in business development, sales, or counseling roles. Prior experience in edtech or service startups is a plus.
Languages:
Proficiency in English is mandatory.
Knowledge of Hindi , Arabic , or Malayalam is an advantage.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven success in achieving sales targets and handling customer interactions.
Familiarity with edtech or education services is beneficial.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with Indian edtech companies or service startups with a focus on Middle East markets.
Understanding of cultural and educational dynamics in Gulf countries.
Counseling or advisory experience with parents and students.
