Key Responsibilities: # Assist in assessing patients' physical, emotional, and social needs using standard OT assessment tools.Collaborate with senior therapists to develop individualized treatment plans. # Deliver therapeutic activities and interventions that promote independence in daily living skills.Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed under supervision. # Educate patients and caregivers on techniques to improve function and prevent injury. # Participate in case discussions and multidisciplinary team meetings. # Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with organizational and legal standards.Adhere to professional codes of ethics and health and safety regulations.
