Grow Your Staff is looking for a Technical Product Manager for a leading tech company based in the US. This is a full-time remote opportunity.

Working Hours: 5:30 PM - 2:30 AM IST (Monday–Friday)
Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Execution:
- Own the product roadmap and strategy, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- Write clear technical requirements and define system architecture with engineering teams.
- Lead sprint planning and prioritize the product backlog.
- Track and measure product success through data-driven decisions.
Technical Leadership:
- Partner with engineering teams on technical feasibility and architecture decisions.
- Translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Guide development teams through technical trade-offs and dependencies.
- Stay updated on technology trends to inform product decisions.
Stakeholder Management:
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams.
- Gather and synthesize feedback from technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Present product strategy and progress to leadership.
- Engage directly with customers to understand technical needs.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of product management experience in a technology company.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and computer vision technologies.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales.
- Proven track record of delivering successful products in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
