We specialize in performance-driven creatives, Klaviyo email marketing, Meta ads, and Shopify growth.We’re now expanding our creative team and looking for a full-time Video Editor who knows how to turn raw footage into high-converting, thumb-stopping content.What You’ll Do- Edit short-form videos for ads (TikTok, Meta, YouTube Shorts, Reels).- Create scroll-stopping hooks and maintain audience attention.- Add engaging captions, transitions, sound design, and motion graphics.- Collaborate with our marketing team to translate brand messages into compelling visuals.- Deliver multiple edits weekly, manage feedback, and ensure quick turnaround.-Requirements- 1–3 years of experience editing for e-commerce or DTC brands.- Strong understanding of ad psychology, hooks, and messaging.- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut Desktop.- Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines.- Bonus: Experience with UGC or influencer-style editing.-What We Offer- Full-time remote position (5 days/week).- Fast-paced, high-growth agency environment.- Opportunity to work with international brands.- Room to grow into Creative Lead or Ad Director roles.
