Overview We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented  Audio-Visual (AV) Designer  to create and specify innovative AV solutions for diverse environments including corporate offices, educational institutions, hospitality venues, entertainment spaces, healthcare facilities, PSUs, and BFSI sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in AV system design, a thorough understanding of industry standards, and the ability to translate client needs into practical, high-performance solutions. Key Responsibilities Design comprehensive AV systems, including video projection, conferencing, sound reinforcement, digital signage, and control systems. Prepare detailed system drawings, schematics, signal flow diagrams, and rack elevations using  AutoCAD ,  Revit , and similar tools. Develop complete AV documentation, including equipment lists, cable schedules, and system specifications. Collaborate with architects, consultants, IT teams, and project managers to ensure seamless system integration. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that align with performance requirements and budget constraints. Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, system testing, and final project delivery. Ensure all designs comply with  AVIXA ,  SMPTE , and applicable building code standards. Stay current with advancements in  unified communications  and emerging  AV technologies . Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering or a related technical field. Minimum 2 years of experience in AV solution design. Proficiency in design software such as  AutoCAD ,  Revit , and  D-Tools . Strong understanding of control systems, DSPs, and networked audio. Familiarity with video conferencing platforms ( Zoom Rooms ,  Microsoft Teams ,  Google Meet ,  Webex , etc.). Excellent communication, documentation, and project coordination skills.
