We’re on the lookout for a Social Media Marketing Manager who understands the pulse of Gen Z, thrives on creating viral content, and knows how to turn followers into a fiercely loyal community.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

Develop and implement innovative social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and emerging channels.

Content Creation & Curation:

Collaborate with the creative team to plan and produce high-quality, on-brand content, including posts, reels, stories, and videos that resonate with our target audience.

Community Engagement:

Foster and grow an engaged online community by responding to comments, DMs, and user-generated content promptly and authentically.

Campaign Management:

Plan and execute social media campaigns, including product launches, collaborations, and seasonal promotions, ensuring timely and impactful delivery.

Analytics & Reporting:

Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (engagement rates, follower growth, reach, etc.) to measure the success of campaigns and refine strategies.

Trendspotting:

Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and viral content to keep our brand relevant and ahead of the curve.

Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams like marketing, design, and product to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications:

Experience: 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle industry.

Skills:

  • Expertise in social media platforms and tools like Meta Business Suite etc
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other content creation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with social media analytics.

Creativity: Proven ability to develop engaging content that drives traffic and conversions.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge: A passion for fashion trends and Gen Z culture.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
