SharePoint Viva Customer Engineer Work Mode: Hybrid Immediate joiners We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SharePoint Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and SharePoint on-premises environments. The role involves managing and administering SharePoint Online at the tenant level, integrating with Microsoft 365 services, and ensuring data governance and security. SharePoint Online Administration: Manage site collections at the tenant level. Design and implement hub site architectures. Utilize SPO Management Shell, PnP PowerShell module, and Microsoft Graph for tenant management. Administer and configure Microsoft Search and understand Microsoft Graph Search connectors. Integrate SharePoint Online with M365 Purview for data governance and information management. Implement data loss prevention, data retention, and sensitivity labels for SPO/ODFB. Manage Microsoft 365 backup and archive for SharePoint Online. Utilize SharePoint Advanced Management (SAM) Add-on features and controls. Migrate from on-premises home drives to OneDrive for Business. Understand the concepts of using SharePoint Framework (SPfX) and PowerShell with SharePoint Integrate Viva Connections with SharePoint Online and set up SharePoint Homesite integration. Configure Viva Connections experience for users. Proven experience in SharePoint Online and Viva Administration. ~ Strong understanding of data governance and security practices including labeling and retention. ~ Experience with SharePoint Online services and integrations as well as SharePoint Server on premises.
