About the Company - Pickyourtrail is looking learning and development specialists for drive the training efforts of the organization.ResponsibilitiesOnboarding training: Design, implement and work with cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate and successfully deliver the induction training program for new joiners.Ongoing training requirements: Identify training requirements in alignment with organizational goals and objectives and ensure the teams receive training support to deliver their goals.Curriculum Design and Delivery: Be the custodian of the training content, and delivery methodology, continuously work towards bringing in best practices to improve the standards and effectiveness of training.Evaluation and Feedback: Evaluate the effectiveness of the training through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.Reporting: Maintain training calendars, feedback and scores of trainees.Qualifications - Education detailsRequired Skills3-5 years of work experience in Training/Sales Enablement/Learnign and Development with a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes.Familiarity with various training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in-classroom training, workshops, simulations etc).Strong project management and organizational skills and ability to put a process in place and follow through.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.Strong writing and record-keeping ability for maintaining reports and training content.Ability to analyze data and generate insights for continuous improvement.Experience: 3-5 yrs in Sales enablement or training or L&D - focused on customer facing functions(sales, customer support, bpo) from B2C industries, preferably Travel, Edtech, FintechPay range and compensation package - Pay range or salary or compensationEqual Opportunity Statement - Include a statement on commitment to diversity and inclusivity.
