We design Reggio-Emilia inspired, game-based and inquiry-led learning experiences that inspire, engage and empower children. When children experience learning in this way, they grow into confident and thoughtful learners. We believe this transformation begins with us. Role: Assistant Language Facilitator (English / Hindi / Kannada) Full-time Primary and Middle School Training and Probation: 1 year Working Days: Monday to Friday (7.45 AM to 5:30 PM) and alternate Saturdays At Sparkling Mindz, placing the child in the center is our north star. It guides how we design learning experiences and how we show up in the classroom. Many adults come from systems where decisions are made for children. These habits often continue into teaching and make it easy to design from the adult’s point of view. Our approach invites adults to shift this and see children as capable individuals with ideas, perspectives and ways of thinking that deserve attention and respect. Making this shift takes intention, practice and a willingness to grow. Seeing children as capable humans You believe that children can think, express, question and create when they are given space and trust. Designing from the child’s experience You observe children closely and use your observations to design learning that meets their needs and sparks their thinking. Creating space for children's voices You support children through uncertainty and mistakes. You stay steady and focused on long-term growth. You adapt your plans so they evolve with the children’s needs and interests. Adults who embrace this approach create classrooms where children feel seen, heard and valued. This is the foundation of our work at Sparkling Mindz. You will help create learning experiences that support children’s thinking, expression and growth. Planning child-centered learning outcomes aligned with Sparkling Mindz philosophy Observing and documenting children’s learning every day Working with mentors and peers to design and refine learning experiences Sharing weekly updates on children’s progress Planning and facilitating emergent sessions based on children’s interests Qualifications and Qualities Education ~ Graduate or Postgraduate from a recognized university ~3 to 5 years of work experience preferred ~ B.Ed is a plus Comfort with new and evolving teaching approaches Interest in working with groups of children Experience in writing, public speaking or creative fields is helpful Training or background in psychology is a plus Ability to use MS Office and basic technology tools Compensation If you are interested in working in a place where both children and adults grow with purpose, intention and reflective practice, we look forward to hearing from you.
