Join us and take us to the next level About the Business Unit The Languages business encompasses all non-English or Indic Brands within the Times Internet portfolio, featuring a presence in eight regional languages across India, including Navbharat Times in Hindi, Maharashtra Times in Marathi, Vijay Karnataka in Kannada, Samayam in Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam, and I am Gujarat. Our Languages division stands as the fastest-growing regional content platform in India. We have an audience base of 180 million users, with approximately one in every four Indians engaging with Times Internet Languages Platforms. We are the leading news and information player in the Indic Languages category on Comscore. We have maintained this dominance for several years now. Diversity is at the heart of our community. About the Role The Senior Product Operations Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of product management processes. This position focuses on optimizing product development, launch, and performance tracking to enhance overall product strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of operational skills, project management, analytical skills and experience. He or she must have a passion for product excellence. This role requires exceptional ownership, communication, and project management skills. Work Responsibilities- Work closely with Edit, Product, Technology, QC, UI and other cross-functional teams, and their leaders to ensure required resources, work plan, and deliveries of existing projects. Able to perform root cause identification, and process management. Strong coordination with Edit + Product to understand requirements and their implementations. Maintain CMS or dashboards for Stakeholders with expectations management. Independently oversee product hygiene and take ownership. Skills, Experience & Expertise- Must Have: Reading and Writing Proficiency of Marathi Language. Project Management Product & Content Operations Stakeholder Communication Agile methodologies. Excellent communication skills: Verbal and Written Strong team player Comfortable with multi schedule Eligibility- 2+ years of experience in Operations, Project Management. Bachelor’s degree (any stream). Additional language skills apart English, Hindi. Knowledge of Marathi is a must have. Work Location: Noida (Work from Office)
