At Auto VRse , we build the finest, customized Virtual & Augmented Reality (VR/AR) applications, helping enterprises harness the power of immersive technologies across several key functions. Combining our photo-realistic visualizations with interactive virtual environments, we have partnered with firms like Shell, Bosch , Aditya Birla Group, Godrej, and Go-Jek to deploy VR experiences in India, Singapore, Australia, Switzerland, Germany and USA. Our experiences are used in design reviews, as sales tools, for experiential marketing and for virtual training.
Who are we looking for?
You will join the Engineering team at Auto VRse as a Project Associate, assisting in the development of AR and custom VR projects for enterprise use-cases. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with our talented developers, designers, and production artists to coordinate the creation of immersive training modules and applications. Your responsibilities will include conducting daily brief and debrief calls, updating project tickets daily, monitoring project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time and within-budget completion, and ensuring effective communication across all team members to identify potential risks or delays and proactively communicate them to the Project Manager.

Your ability to organize, communicate effectively, and manage tasks will be instrumental in driving our projects to success.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Project Monitoring and Coordination
• Conduct daily stand-up meetings with project teams and Project Manager to discuss progress and plan next steps.
• Lead daily debrief sessions to summarize achievements, align on upcoming tasks, and share reports with the Project Manager.
• Update and maintain project tickets daily, ensuring all tasks and changes are accurately recorded using tools like Jira, Zoho, Notion, or Excel.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time, within-budget completion, and proactively communicate potential risks or delays to the Project Manager.
2. Communication
• Act as the central point of contact between internal project teams, the Project Manager, and internal stakeholders.
• Schedule and organize cross-team meetings for communication, sprint cadence, and reviews, preparing agendas to ensure productive, goal-oriented sessions.
3. Documentation and Reporting
• Maintain organized and accessible project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and decision logs.
• Provide daily status reports on each project and discuss them with the Project Manager.
4. Administrative Support
• Assist in effectively allocating resources to ensure team members are optimally assigned to tasks.
• Coordinate with different departments (development, design, QA) to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Support the Project Manager with daily operational tasks and administrative duties.
5. Quality Assurance
• Ensure all project deliverables meet the company's quality standards and client expectations.
• Participate in post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and contribute to refining project management processes and methodologies.
Education
• Bachelor's degree or MBA
Experience
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
• Experience in the AR/VR industry or technology sector is highly preferable.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, Zoho, Notion, Excel) is essential.
• Strong written, verbal, and communication skills.
