This is a remote, contracted role focused on creating high-quality interactive practice using tools like ChatGPT to support and streamline the curriculum process.You’ll work closely with editors, AI content builders, and product leads to refine lessons that go beyond navigation, your focus is on meaningful interaction that supports learning and language use, not just surface-level navigation or button-clicking disguised as practice.If you’re energized by fast-moving environments, adaptable to change, and thrive on solving messy problems in real time, this is the place for youKey ResponsibilitiesReview and refine English learning lessons using ChatGPT and other AI-assisted toolsValidate and refine interactive learning practice to ensure it supports language production, comprehension, and retentionReview lesson content and activities for alignment with CEFR levels and established ESL best practicesCollaborate with editors, AI content creators, and curriculum leads to improve instructional qualityEnsure practice activities and quiz questions align to objectives and have only one correct answerAdapt to evolving tools, workflows, and product decisions in a fast-paced startup environmentTrack changes and contribute to systems that help maintain consistency and instructional clarityCommunicate clearly across teams and respond quickly to feedback or changes in prioritiesQualificationsExperience designing ESL or EFL learning content, ideally aligned to the CEFR frameworkStrong understanding of instructional design principles, especially for adult learnersAbility to create or evaluate interactive learning practice that supports language acquisitionFamiliarity with using AI tools (like ChatGPT) to support content development or editing workflowsComfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting prioritiesExcellent written communication and collaboration skills in a remote settingAttention to detail with a flexible, problem-solving mindsetPhysical RequirementsThis is a remote, computer-based role. The position requires prolonged periods of sitting and working at a desk, as well as regular use of a computer, mouse, and keyboard.Additional InformationThis is a contracted position.
