Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive & HR at ModScale Interiors in Bengaluru. The role involves managing key accounts, developing business relationships, overseeing HR functions, recruiting, onboarding, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications
  • Account Management, Business Development, and HR Management skills
  • Experience in managing client accounts, building relationships, and overseeing HR functions
  • Recruitment, Onboarding, and Compliance skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
