Role Summary We’re looking for a Product Manager to own outcomes from discovery through delivery. You’ll align stakeholders on vision, translate user and business needs into a clear roadmap, and work closely with design and engineering to ship impactful releases on time and with quality Role Description This is a full-time role for a Product Manager located in Bengaluru. The Product Manager will be responsible for defining product strategies, prioritizing product features, and managing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch What you will do Product strategy & discovery Define problem statements, success metrics, and hypotheses Lead user research, competitive analysis, and data exploration to inform decisions Roadmapping & planning Build and maintain a transparent roadmap tied to business goals Write crisp PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria Execution & delivery Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management Partner with design on UX flows and with engineering on technical feasibility Stakeholder management Facilitate decision-making with internal teams and client stakeholders Communicate progress, risks, and learnings with concise updates and demos Measurement & iteration Define and monitor KPIs; instrument analytics Run experiments and turn insights into iterative improvements Qualifications 3-6 years of product management experience shipping mobile products Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver against timelines Strong problem framing, prioritization, and written communication skills Experience in User Research, and Data-Driven Decision Making Comfort with product analytics and experimentation (e.g., funnels, cohorts, A/B tests) Familiarity with agile practices and common product tools (e.g., Jira, Figma, product analytics platforms) Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in AI and startup environments
