Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Freelance Copyeditor at Finesse Editing Agency. The Copyeditor will be responsible for grammar checking, text editing, proofreading, and editorial tasks to ensure high-quality content. The role involves reviewing books to enhance their clarity, coherence, and accuracy.
Qualifications
Grammar, Proofreading, and Text Editing skills
Experience in Editorial and Writing tasks
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Knowledge of different style guides (e.g., AP, Chicago)
Previous experience in editing or related field is a plus
Degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred
