As a part of our dynamic team, you’ll work alongside industry leaders and visionaries todrive innovation and execution across multiple functions.Role: Head of AIWe are seeking an exceptional Head of AI to lead the research, development, and deploymentof advanced AI and ML models that power our Saa S platform. This leadership role demands arare combination of deep technical expertise, product intuition, strategic thinking, and a strongability to drive impact at scale. You will be at the forefront of transforming ambitious AI conceptsinto production-ready solutions that deliver real business value.Key Responsibilities● Define and own the AI roadmap and strategy in alignment with product and businessgoals.● Architect and build state-of-the-art AI/ML systems and pipelines that are robust,scalable, and maintainable.● Lead and mentor a high-performing team of machine learning engineers, data scientists,and applied researchers.● Work closely with engineering, product, and design teams to integrate AI solutionsseamlessly into user-facing features.● Explore and apply the latest advancements in NLP, LLMs, generative AI, and otherrelevant domains to enhance our core product.● Oversee data collection, annotation, and governance processes to fuel AI innovationresponsibly and ethically.● Establish best practices for experimentation, model training, evaluation, and continuousdeployment in production.● Collaborate with executive leadership to assess AI feasibility, prioritize initiatives, andcommunicate outcomes.Requirements-● 7+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with 3+ years in a leadership or strategicrole.● Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and generative AI (LLMs,transformers, etc.).● Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as Tensor Flow, Lang Graph, Py Torch,Hugging Face Transformers.● Experience deploying models in production at scale using cloud infrastructure(AWS/GCP/Azure).● Solid understanding of MLOps practices, including versioning, monitoring, and CI/CD forML.● Proven ability to lead and grow world-class AI teams and foster a culture of innovation.● Track record of successfully shipping AI-driven features or products.● Ph D or Master’s in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or relatedfields is preferred.If Interested Please share your resume at
