Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Product Demos: Lead engaging and informative product demonstrations tailored to prospective customers, showcasing key features and benefits.
- Onboarding Management: Guide new users through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand product features and benefits.
- Trial Conversion: Actively engage with trial users to facilitate their transition from free trials to paid subscriptions, utilizing effective communication strategies.
- Customer Engagement: Maintain regular contact with trial users to assess their needs, gather feedback, and provide support to enhance their experience.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor trial-to-paid conversion metrics and report on progress, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align efforts and optimize user experience based on customer feedback.
- Sales Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of sales strategies aimed at increasing trial-to-paid conversion rates.
- Customer Education: Conduct product demos and training sessions to showcase key features that drive user engagement and satisfaction.
- Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years in sales or account management, preferably within a SaaS environment.
Skills :
- Strong understanding of SaaS products and trial-to-paid conversion processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
