Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Product Demos: Lead engaging and informative product demonstrations tailored to prospective customers, showcasing key features and benefits.
  • Onboarding Management: Guide new users through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand product features and benefits.
  • Trial Conversion: Actively engage with trial users to facilitate their transition from free trials to paid subscriptions, utilizing effective communication strategies.
  • Customer Engagement: Maintain regular contact with trial users to assess their needs, gather feedback, and provide support to enhance their experience.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor trial-to-paid conversion metrics and report on progress, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align efforts and optimize user experience based on customer feedback.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of sales strategies aimed at increasing trial-to-paid conversion rates.
  • Customer Education: Conduct product demos and training sessions to showcase key features that drive user engagement and satisfaction.


  • Qualifications
  • Experience: 2+ years in sales or account management, preferably within a SaaS environment.


Skills :

  • Strong understanding of SaaS products and trial-to-paid conversion processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
