Implement and uphold best practices for frontend architecture and coding standards.
Lead code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.

Required Skills and Qualifications Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+) and React.js .
Proficiency in building reusable components and managing application state using tools like Redux or Context API.
Experience with frontend build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn).
Solid understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications Experience with TypeScript and other modern JavaScript frameworks.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
