Pitch and build strong client relationships across industries — builders, schools, hospitals, hotels, and corporates. Present and promote EPC offerings such as Solar PV, BESS, EV Infra, and Clean Energy Solutions . Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. Maintain accurate CRM pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups. Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams for proposals, surveys, and project documentation. Stay informed on solar industry policies and market trends across Karnataka and India. ???? What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering , or related field. 1–4 years of field or B2 B sales experience (preferably in solar, renewable, EPC, or industrial solutions). Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Self-motivated and target-driven personality. Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.
