Job Title: Data Architect Experience: 8–12 years Hyderabad (Hybrid Preferred) Immediate to 30 Days Company Type: Product-Based Technology Organization We are looking for a data architect to design and drive the next generation of our data platform that powers intelligent, data-driven product features and marketing decisions. As part of a product-based company , you will architect solutions that handle massive data scale, ensure low latency for real-time experiences, and enable advanced analytics for customer engagement and personalization. This role requires a hands-on architect who can balance system design, scalability, and data quality while collaborating closely with product, engineering, and analytics teams. Architect and own the end-to-end data ecosystem supporting product features, analytics, and marketing automation. Design and implement data models , pipelines , and streaming frameworks using Kinesis or Kafka for real-time event ingestion. Lead data transformations and modeling with DBT and Snowflake , ensuring performance and scalability for analytical workloads. Integrate MongoDB for unstructured and semi-structured data, optimizing query and indexing performance. Partner with backend (Node.js) and frontend (React) teams to build reliable APIs and dashboards for internal and product data insights. Define data governance , access control, lineage, and compliance policies across systems. Continuously evaluate emerging technologies to evolve the data stack and improve system efficiency. Databases: MongoDB, Snowflake (expert level) Data Engineering & Modeling: DBT, SQL, ETL/ELT pipelines Streaming Technologies: AWS Kinesis / Apache Kafka (real-time data flow) Programming: Node.js (API/Data Services), React.js (visualization) Cloud: AWS / GCP / Azure (preferably AWS ecosystem) Marketing Technology (MarTech): Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Campaign Automation, AdTech / Analytics Integrations Strong understanding of scalable data systems , data reliability , and product analytics instrumentation . Experience designing data architectures for SaaS or large-scale B2C/B2B products . Proven background in building customer intelligence or marketing analytics platforms . Experience with real-time recommendation systems , A/B testing platforms , or personalization engines . Working knowledge of data observability tools (e.g., Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and secure data design principles. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
