Job Description –Associate Manager

The Associate Manager will be responsible for the overall operational management and takes complete ownership of improving the performance for the Recruiting Team.

Roles & Responsibilities

Has the ability to rally the team together to achieve one common goal.

Set employee goals and objectives and develop staff to maximize potential

Monitor team performance which include regular performance reviews

Coach & Develop next generation leaders

Ability to make data driven business decisions.

Has to train and work with people at different career levels.

Serve as an ongoing resource to ensure the success and continued development of all recruiters.

Stay abreast of the new trends and tools for the employee development.

Qualification:

Bachelor Degree Required

Proven experience as a people manager and has lead large team in high paced environment.

Experience with hiring, coaching and developing producers & Leaders.

Strong aptitude for attention to detail and growth mindset.

Exceptional interpersonal skills.

Primary Responsibilities of Team Members (Recruiter)

Screen prospective candidates and educate candidates on the Randstad process.

Submit qualified candidates to assigned job requirements.

Responsible for processing and contacting qualified candidates who respond to Randstad via phone, email or web to all assigned job orders.

Work all assigned job orders until covered.

Attend daily/weekly team huddles

Establish relationships with consultants in the region.

Negotiate with candidates and solicit referrals of other top talent in the area.

Pre-close candidates on job offers.

Maintain working contractors, including tracking personal starts and upcoming finishes.

Meet or exceed weekly expectations.
