Position Title: Jaggaer e-Procurement Solution Consultant

Location: Remote, Anywhere in India

Reporting to: Digital Team

Job Function: ERP

Job Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced techno-functional consultant specializing in Jaggaer e-procurement Solutions. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Jaggaer supply chain modules, including Supplier Management, Sourcing, Contract Management, Spend Analytics, and Jaggaer Direct/Invoicing Solutions. You will play a critical role in integrating and optimizing Jaggaer and ERP systems (SAP and Oracle) to enhance our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configuration & Implementation: Lead the end-to-end configuration and implementation of Jaggaer e-procurement modules.
  • System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of Jaggaer e-procurement modules with SAP Supply Chain and Oracle Fusion SCM modules, maintaining data accuracy and process efficiency.
  • Solution Design: Design, develop, and implement integration solutions, including data mapping and process flows.
  • Testing & Change Management: Conduct thorough testing and manage change initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
  • Troubleshooting: Address and resolve any technical issues that arise during and after the integration process.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Documentation & Training: Develop comprehensive documentation and provide training and support to end-users to ensure smooth transitions and digital adoption.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to Jaggaer, SAP, and Oracle integrations.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards throughout the integration process.
  • Admin Support: Provide administrative support and manage user access as per business requirements.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years in system integration, focusing on ERP systems (SAP and Oracle).

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in developing and customizing Jaggaer reports, forms, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and workflows.
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills within the Jaggaer e-procurement solution.
  • Expertise in integrating Jaggaer with ERPs (Oracle Fusion or SAP MM).
  • Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and relevant programming languages.
  • Knowledge of web services, BTP, ODATA, REST API, SOAP, and middleware technologies.
  • Familiarity with SAP CPI for creating IFlows and developing ABAP objects.
  • Experience with Oracle integration cloud and Oracle JDeveloper.
  • Proven ability to design and implement complex integration solutions in large-scale environments.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with cloud-based integration platforms.
  • Understanding of procurement and supply chain management processes.
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining ETL processes.

  • Strong remote collaboration skills with experience in cross-functional project delivery.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers.
