4-7 years experience in top FMCG in sales, category management
Strong quantitative analysis skills to help strategy making and taking sound management decisions
Creative and hustle to help give the strartup an edge
Strong sales and negotiation skills to help foster profitable and long term partnerships with vendors and suppliers
Adept at leading staff at ground level and presenting to sophisticated investors in board meetings
Excellent academics are a must and good track record in sports is a good to have. Passion for consumer sector and building an ethical, high value brand is key for this individual.
