Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Developer with 3-4 years of experience to lead software projects, mentor junior developers, and ensure the timely delivery of exceptional solutions.
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Python Django and Next.js
Create responsive, high-performance front-end interfaces with modern JavaScript technologies
Implement robust backend services and APIs
Optimize application performance and ensure scalability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and develop new features
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers
Participate in architectural decisions and system design
Required Qualifications 4+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development
Very good knowledge of Python and Django
Proficient in Next.js, React, or other modern JavaScript frameworks
Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation
Experience with database design and optimization (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+)
Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications Experience with GraphQL
Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
Experience with microservices architecture
Familiarity with test-driven development (TDD)
Understanding of web security best practices
Technical Skills Programming Languages: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript
Frameworks: Django, Next.js, React
Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL
Tools: Git, Docker, CI/CD tools
Front-end: HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, Material UI
Back-end: Django REST Framework, GraphQL
Cloud Platforms: AWS, GCP, Azure
