Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach:
Identify and connect with potential clients and partners in the wellness industry.
Conduct research to identify new leads, initiate contact through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Sales & Client Acquisition:
Engage with prospective clients, understand their wellness needs, and convey Prakritik Lifestyles' offerings effectively.
Organize meetings and presentations to convert leads into clients.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Act as a primary contact for clients, maintaining regular communication to encourage long-term engagement.
Marketing & Brand Promotion:
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotional activities.
Represent Prakritik Lifestyles at wellness events and workshops to expand our client base and enhance brand presence.
Reporting & Analytics:
Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports on outreach efforts, lead generation, and client feedback.
Identify and act on growth opportunities based on performance data.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in the wellness sector.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships.
Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven.
Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
