Description of Position.

In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and managing data to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have experience with data analysis tools, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Key responsibilities:

Data Collection & Management:

  • Collect and clean large datasets from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintain and update databases to ensure data integrity and completeness.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of data collection systems and protocols.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and key insights.
  • Create and deliver reports and dashboards that effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Use data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R, Tableau) to conduct analyses and provide actionable recommendations.

Collaboration & Support:

  • Work closely with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Finance, IT) to understand data needs and deliver relevant insights.
  • Provide data support to teams across the organization, assisting with queries and analysis requests.

Quality Assurance:

  • Perform data validation and troubleshooting to ensure accuracy and quality of data.
  • Assist in identifying and correcting data discrepancies and errors.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for improving data processes and systems for greater efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in data management and analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, data management, or a related role.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data cleaning and preparation techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
