Job Summary:

The Project Head will be responsible for leading and managing new and ongoing construction and development projects at Imagicaa World Entertainment. This role requires strong expertise in civil engineering, along with experience in managing multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:

Project Management :

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish.
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of projects including conceptualization, design, procurement, construction, and handover.
  • Ensure that project objectives are aligned with the strategic goals of the organization.

Civil Engineering Oversight :

  • Provide technical expertise in civil engineering aspects of projects.
  • Ensure that all construction activities comply with engineering standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of civil works.

MEP Coordination :

  • Work closely with the MEP team to ensure proper integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems into project plans.
  • Review MEP designs and ensure that they meet both project requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Troubleshoot any issues related to MEP systems during project execution.

Team Leadership :

  • Manage and mentor a team of engineers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders involved in the project.
  • Foster strong collaboration between civil and MEP teams to ensure project efficiency.
  • Conduct regular project meetings to track progress and resolve issues.

Budgeting and Scheduling :

  • Develop project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost control throughout the project.
  • Create detailed project schedules and ensure that all milestones are met on time.
  • Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays and cost overruns.

Stakeholder Management :

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, government authorities, and vendors.
  • Ensure transparent communication and manage expectations of all stakeholders.

Quality and Safety :

  • Implement and maintain strict quality control procedures.
  • Ensure all work adheres to health and safety regulations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree in Construction Management or related fields is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing large-scale civil projects, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience working with MEP teams in complex projects is required.
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools and software.


Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in both civil and MEP sectors.
  • Experience in the entertainment, hospitality, or theme park industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
