Performance Marketing Associate:

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and optimize app install and retargeting campaigns on Google UAC and Meta AAA to maximize ROI and customer LTV
End-to-end ownership of campaigns, from day-to-day execution to strategic decision making
Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation across platforms and campaigns
Track and analyse campaign performance using relevant metrics and tools like Singular, Meta ads, Google Ad words etc.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and competitor activities, utilising insights to inform decision making
Generate regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for future strategies
Building dashboards for performance monitoring and clear stakeholder communication using tools like Singular, Google sheets & Excel
Work closely with the broader growth team to monitor sales performance on the website and identify opportunities for improvement.
Required Skills:
2–3 years of proven experience in app performance marketing, particularly with Google UAC and Meta AAA, with a demonstrated ability to drive installs and retarget users effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges proactively, optimize under changing conditions, and pivot strategies based on new data or market shifts
Strong command of tools like Singular, Google Ads, and Meta Ads to track campaign effectiveness, analyze performance, and optimize strategies based on data insights
Proven experience managing the full lifecycle of performance marketing campaigns
Strong verbal and written skills
Attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
Experience in Fintechs/Wealthtech fast growing start ups preferred
Basic understanding and knowledge of Stock Market preferred
