Tata Electronics | Integration Architect | bangalore

This role requires a strategic thinker who can help in creating an integration architecture that can implement the processes across the enterprise systems to accelerate business agility and provide an integrated view of the process.
Minimum of 12 years of experience in a integration platforms
Has atleast 8 years as developer is integration technologies and has good understanding of E2E process
Has worked as a Integration Architect for 4+ years
Has worked on atleast 2 of the following integration technologies: Dell Boomi, Mulesoft, IBM, AWS, Microsoft, Oracle
Has worked on defining integration governance processes
Has worked on integrating with enterprise applications such as SAP, SuccessFactors and manufacturing systems
Has good understanding of emerging trends in integration technologies
Has worked in manufacturing/Electronics domain
Has worked on integrations with machines and enterprise systems
Has good understanding of the devops
Has good experience in Automation tools such as CI/CD and Test automations
Has worked on cloud technologies
Has a good knowledge of the open source technologies and other platform technologies
Has ability to evaluate best fit tools for the platform
Can guide the development teams in solutioning and development
Ability to collaborate across various departments to align technology solutions with organizational goals
Is still hands on creating solutions and PoCs in emerging technologies
Able to bring emerging technologies to the platform being built
Proficiency in cybersecurity measures for the IT platforms
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Strong project management skills to plan, execute, and oversee the implementation of new systems and upgrades while adhering to timelines and budgets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As an integration architect, able to work with business, product vendors and development partners to create a compelling architecture that will bring in efficiencies to the business in terms of agility and overall visibility to the E2E process
Define, modify and review data integration standards and policies
Define, modify and review integration roadmap with clear benefits mapped
Define, modify and review APIs and business process maps including monitoring and measurements
Able to track benefits as per the integration roadmap
Support development teams in realising the benefits from an architecture and design perspective
Adopt and adapt emerging technologies into the platform
Ensure adherence to cybersecurity standards
Mentor the development teams in the integration technologies
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in technologies.
Minimum Qualification
Graduate Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Certifications
WebMethods Integration Professional, MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect, Certified System Integration Specialist, Dell Boomi Architect
