Job Overview:

We seek an experienced and dynamic Senior Operations Manager to drive business expansion and increase revenue across our organization. This role involves planning and leading teams to grow the business, driving large-scale revenue and profit gains, and improving organizational productivity and performance. The ideal candidate will set up budgets, manage overall targets for individuals and teams, and track performance data and customer satisfaction surveys.


Key Responsibilities:

-- Team Building and Management:

  • Hire, train, and lead a large team handling multiple Key Result Areas (KRAs).
  • Develop and implement training and coaching processes to ensure team effectiveness.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

-- Business Growth and Revenue Management:

  • Drive large-scale revenue and profit gains while improving organizational productivity and performance.
  • Plan and lead teams to grow the business.
  • Set up budgets and manage overall targets for individuals and teams.
  • Track performance data and customer satisfaction surveys.

-- Performance Tracking & Metrics:

  • Create and monitor performance metrics, including targets, call productivity, First Response Time (FRT), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), talk time, and agent availability.
  • Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

-- Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Create and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve organizational goals.
  • Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address business challenges and opportunities.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination across teams and departments.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing a team of 100+ members.
  • 4+ years of experience in leading teams.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
  • They have demonstrated the ability to drive revenue and profit gains.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and coordination skills.
