The Assistant Manager HR will be responsible for overseeing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, recruitment, and talent acquisition processes. Key responsibilities also include coordinating training and development programs, managing compliance with labor laws, and administering payroll and benefits. The role requires ensuring alignment between HR initiatives and business goals.QualificationsProficiency in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce PlanningStrong knowledge of HR Policies, Employee Relations, and Compliance with labor lawsExperience in Training and Development, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement initiativesFamiliarity with Payroll Administration and Benefits ManagementExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsAbility to work collaboratively and lead HR-focused projectsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; a Master's degree or relevant certification is a plusExperiencePrior experience 3-5 years as an HR professional in a similar role is highly preferred.Please share resume at ,
