About Us:

For Earth's Sake is a sustainability-driven cafe, committed to promoting eco-friendly choices and mindful consumption. We're looking for a proactive Marketing Executive to manage our social media presence and ensure consistent, engaging content that aligns with our brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Management: Plan, create, and post content across all social media platforms in line with brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in tone, voice, and aesthetic.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of social media trends, adapting and implementing the latest strategies to enhance engagement and reach.
  • Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to direct messages (DMs), comments, and customer inquiries in a timely, brand-appropriate manner.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze social media performance using key metrics and provide insights and recommendations to improve content strategy.
  • Scheduling & Timeliness: Ensure content is posted on time and maintain a consistent posting schedule across all platforms.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the brand manager and content creators to align social media activities with broader marketing campaigns.
  • Influencer Coordination: Assist with influencer outreach and collaborations, ensuring partnerships are in sync with brand goals.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably within the Food & Beverage (FnB) or lifestyle industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple platforms and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills for timely customer and community interaction.
  • Passion for sustainability and eco-friendly practices is a plus.
