Location : Chennai Job Type: Full time   Work mode: On site  Timings : 9.30 am – 6.30 pm IST Working days: Monday – Friday ( Alternate Sat working-1st/3rd) Job Role : Software implementation executive Key Responsibilities: Software Deployment: Install, configure, and test software solutions at client sites. Client Training: Conduct training sessions for clients, ensuring they understand how to use the software effectively. Customization: Work with clients to tailor the software to meet their specific needs and business processes. Technical Support: Provide on-site technical support during the implementation phase and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Project Management: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project timelines are met and client expectations are exceeded. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of implementations, including configuration settings, client feedback, and training materials. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact during the implementation process. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: FRESHER can also apply 0 to 1 year in POS software Industry Technical Skills: Proficiency in software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with databases, networks, systems integration and Multilanguage. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to think critically and make decisions under pressure. Customer Service: Demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding customer service and support. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with specific software products or industries relevant to the company’s offerings. Familiarity with remote support tools & SOL. Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
