About Us:
Suyaptech Solutions is a software company specializing in full-stack development, AI solutions, ERP systems, and mobile app development. We also offer training in AI, Python, Flutter, React.js, Node.js, Vue.js, and PHP Laravel.
Job Overview:
We are looking for someone who can manage sales and digital marketing for our training programs and software services, and handle project management for our development team. This role combines sales, marketing, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Digital Marketing:
- Telemarketing: Call potential students (Tamil & English) and help them enroll in our courses.
- Digital Ads: Create and run ads on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google, and YouTube for both our training programs and software services.
- Lead Generation: Find new customers for software development services (AI, ERP, mobile apps).
- Client Meetings: Set appointments with potential clients and present our services.
Project Management:
- Client Communication: Understand client requirements for software projects and break them into tasks for the team.
- Team Management: Lead daily meetings with our developers to ensure progress on projects.
- Project Delivery: Ensure projects are completed on time and meet client expectations.
Skills Required:
- Experience in telemarketing and convincing students to join courses.
- Proficient in digital marketing (Facebook Ads, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Google Ads, etc.).
- Experience in project management, especially in IT/software development.
- Strong communication in both Tamil and English.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in sales, digital marketing, and project management.
- Familiar with software development projects.
- Ability to manage both marketing and project coordination.
Salary:
- Salary will start at ₹20,000 per month as the base pay, with additional performance-based commissions for successful student enrollments and project acquisitions. Commissions will range from 5% to 10% for course enrollments and 2% to 5% for project deals, providing the opportunity to significantly increase earnings based on results.
