Sales and Marketing Head

About the Company:
Our client is a manufacturer of composite fabric materials such as Carbon fiber fabric, Glass fiber fabric as well as other composite fabrics like Kevlar. They are also supplying the Carbon fiber yarn, Glass Fiber Tex and Multiaxile non crimp fabrics.
Position Overview
The Sales and Marketing Head will lead strategic initiatives to drive the growth, visibility, and profitability of the company's composite fabric materials. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership, market intelligence, and a deep understanding of the composite fabric industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning and Leadership
Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities in the composite fabric industry.
2. Sales Management
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Establish and nurture relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
Monitor competitor activities and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
3. Marketing and Brand Development
Create and implement marketing campaigns to promote composite fabric materials.
Manage product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to optimize market share.
4. Customer Relationship Management
Develop long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services.
5. Market Analysis and Reporting
Conduct in-depth market research to identify new market segments and opportunities.
Provide regular sales and marketing performance reports to the management team.
Recommend adjustments to strategies based on market trends and data analysis.
Experience:
Minimum of 20+ years of experience in sales and marketing.
Must have a potential contacts / proven track record in the composite materials industry or related sectors (e.g., textiles, polymers, advanced materials).
Skills and Competencies:
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Deep knowledge of composite fabric applications and their industrial uses.
Ability to travel domestically twice in a month as needed.
Candidates from the South region / Maharashtra are highly prefered.
