Manager of Sales

As Sales Manager at Miduty, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and fostering strong customer relationships within the nutraceutical industry. Your responsibilities will encompass leading and motivating a team of inside sales representatives to achieve sales targets, expand market share, and uphold Miduty's reputation for quality and innovation. Key aspects of your role may include:
Location: Gurgaon
Job Type: Work from Office
Working Days: 6 days working, 2nd & 4th Sat Off
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Establish and communicate clear performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Reach monthly sales goals determined
- Optimise calling scripts
- Optimise call allocations, data calling, past customer callings
- Maintain efficiency of call softwares, Sales CRM
- Create Sales CRM Journeys
- Work closely with marketing to create effective promotional materials and campaigns that align with our product offerings.
- Carry quarterly quota in order to reach annual goals
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track customer interactions, and forecast sales trends.
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to maximize market penetration and revenue growth.
Qualifications
- 3 or more years previous consultative and solution based sales experience.
- Experience with Sales CRM (Zoho/Leadsquared/Ameyo/others)
- Good Excel skills (Pivot tables, Vlookup)
