Job Description: CEO’s Office – Auto Component Market Leader
Position: Manager, CEO’s Office
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 2-5 years of consulting experience
Role Overview
As part of the CEO's Office, you will work closely with the CEO and the leadership team to drive strategic initiatives, analyze business performance, manage special projects, and support decision-making processes. This is a high-impact role requiring strong analytical skills, structured problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to high-level decision-making processes and contribute to the company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Initiatives
Assist the CEO in defining, planning, and managing the execution of key strategic projects.
Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitors, and other relevant topics to inform strategic decision-making.
Get updates on initiatives, track key project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively communicate updates to the CEO & the leadership team.
2. Business Performance Analysis
Analyze operational and financial metrics to assess business performance.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that distil complex information into actionable insights.
Identify and recommend areas for operational efficiency and cost optimization.
3. Reporting and Documentation
Prepare reports on project progress, business performance, and strategic initiatives for the CEO and leadership team.
Maintain detailed documentation of minutes of the meetings, decisions, and action items to ensure accountability and follow-through.
Support the CEO in board meetings, investor communications, and senior leadership engagements.
4. Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure resources are allocated effectively, blockages are reduced, and deadlines are met.
Act as a central point of coordination for initiatives driven by the CEO’s Office.
Required Qualifications
Education: MBA or equivalent from a reputed institution.
Experience:
2-5 years of consulting experience or equivalent strategy-focused roles.
Exposure to automotive/manufacturing sectors is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
