User Engaement Associate

Roles, Responsibilities & Expectations:
User Qualification & Prioritization: Swiftly identify potential users across different acquisition channels like Social Media, Online Forums, Nbyula Spaces & Communities, Messaging Apps, Audio/Video calls, Online/Offline Events and Office walk-ins. You need to maintain high availability online and very quick response to user interactions.
Engagement and Lead Nurturing : Actively engage users across social media platforms, office walk-ins, and Nbyula Spaces & Communities. Respond promptly to inbound queries, providing guidance and nurturing potential leads through the customer journey to enhance their brand experience.
Boost Engagement & through effective messaging : Build effective messages based on the context of the user’s channel of acquisition and their personal profile. Leverage domain knowledge and effective marketing tactics to increase the response rate, acquisition, and engagement of the users on the nbyula platform.
Optimizing User Interactions & Communications : Continuously analyze engagement interactions and communicate those to the product team so that they can refine and optimize tactics, leveraging insights from ongoing conversations to improve future engagement strategies.
User query resolution and Feedback : Address the concerns of users through the in-house tools and domain knowledge. Gather, analyze, and interpret user feedback to ensure a great and distinguished user experience.
AI-Powered Engagement Support : Use the in-house AI tools and bots to ensure the highest quality and accuracy of response, while Contributing to building a robust, AI-backed engagement solution to enhance user interactions and improve response efficiency.
Gather and analyze audience feedback to refine content strategies and ensure alignment with audience interests and needs.
Industry Awareness : Stay informed about trends, policies, and key developments in the international mobility domain to ensure up-to-date and relevant engagement with users.
Community-Building Initiatives : Organize and participate in interactive campaigns, virtual events, and in-person sessions to deepen user involvement and engagement with the brand.
Necessary Qualifications & Skills:
Obsession with customer satisfaction and success, ideally should follow the teachings of Delivering happiness
Extremely Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences professionally and empathetically.
No less than 1 and no more than 3 years of experience in social media, community engagement, customer account management, or non-transactional customer support roles.
Ability to coherently do several conversations simultaneously. You should be able to switch contexts while speaking with different users.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is a plus but not a deal breaker.
Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) and online forums

Familiarity with AI-driven engagement tools and solutions, or a willingness to learn
Empathetic and personable approach to user engagement, with strong interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret engagement data and apply insights to improve strategies
Creative problem-solving skills to brainstorm and implement innovative tactics for audience growth and retention
Ability to work collaboratively
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple conversations and engagement tasks effectively.
Knowledge of or strong interest in international mobility trends, particularly in education and career opportunities abroad.
