PURPOSE OF THE ROLE Senior Product Manager will be responsible for driving business through partnership opportunities with Exchange Houses, AD2s, Fintechs, Cross Border Payment providers. Responsible for handling cross border related product applications including compliance to all guidelines , new product development and monetization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES These responsibilities are representative, and the role holder is also responsible for any other job assigned by the superior authorities from time to time. This section in not intended to be an exhaustive listing of all activities done by the role holder. It should capture only the key responsibilities of the role Policies, Processes & Procedures Responsible for solutioning and implementation of possible solution linkages with the partner platform. Creating Business cases, working with internal tech team and technology partners for implementing applications. Providing training of applications to clients as well as internal stakeholders. Maintaining required business trackers and creating content collaterals for internal and external marketing.. Risk and Internal Control Coordinating on aspects related to risk management and adherence to policies, framework defined by the bank and in particular relating to transaction banking group, further to be cautious before executing deals in ensuring adherence to risk and regulatory framework/ guidelines. Documentation & Compliance Establish guidelines and conduct periodic audits to ensure adherence to the highest quality standards of documentation and process compliance. Communicate regularly with product partners, operations, risk management, and relationship management teams to ensure understanding and compliance with regulatory guidelines. Respond promptly to compliance inquiries or issues raised by regulatory authorities. Risk and Internal Control All process / product needs to be compliant as per the law of the land. Agreement vetting should be in accordance of the law of land and compliance architecture as put up by the regulator. Demonstrated experience in this segment is required. OPERATING NETWORK Key interactions which are essential to execute the role. This will include both internal (excluding sub-ordinates) and external stakeholders. Internal BDTS, Operations team, Risk Management, Legal Risk Management. YSB/HCM, Product Team External Clients/ Customers, Vendors ROLE PROFILE REQUIREMENTS Minimum qualification which are essential to execute the role. Education Essential: BTech/ BE / MCA/MSc- IT Preferred: MBA Experience Essential: 3 -4 years of relevant experience in handling Cross Border Remittances Product profile Preferred: Prior experience in 7-10 years of work experience in fintech/bank industry preferably handling partnerships across financial products distribution and partnerships.
