Orchestrate cross‑functional inputs, de‑risk commercials, and ensure clean handover to delivery.Roles & Responsibilities1) Bid Intake & QualificationMonitor GeM/CPPP/state e‑procurement portals and enterprise RFP/RFQ/RFI channels.Run bid/no‑bid using fit, competitiveness, risk, capacity, and margin screens.Create bid plan: owners, milestones, dependencies, and submission checklist.2) Solutioning & Proposal DevelopmentPartner with Product/Pre‑Sales to shape the technical solution and scope of work.Craft compliant responses: methodology, architecture, SLAs, delivery plan, assumptions.Own Q&A, addenda, and pre‑bid meeting notes; track requirement changes.3) Pricing & CommercialsBuild bottoms‑up costing (data, cloud, licenses, delivery, support) and target margin.Structure pricing (subscription, tiered, outcome‑based) with clear inclusions/exclusions.Coordinate Finance for approvals; maintain a pricing decision log.4) Compliance, Risk & LegalEnsure statutory, technical, and eligibility compliance (experience, certificates, OEM letters).Flag contractual risks (LDs, IP, indemnity,
