Role Overview

The Head of Marketing will be responsible for creating and executing Runo's marketing strategy to drive growth, brand awareness, and customer acquisition across domestic and international markets. The role requires a dynamic leader who can merge creativity, data-driven decision-making, and deep B2B SaaS expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Define and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.

• Drive Runo's positioning as a thought leader in the call management CRM industry.

• Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and threats in existing and new markets (India, US, GCC).

• Strengthen Runo's brand identity and presence in key markets.

Demand Generation and Customer Acquisition

• Oversee multi-channel lead generation campaigns (SEO, SEM, paid ads, email, social media).

• Build and scale account-based marketing (ABM) strategies targeting enterprise clients.

• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize the marketing funnel and improve conversion rates.

Product Marketing

• Drive go-to-market strategies for new product launches.

• Collaborate with product and sales teams to craft compelling value propositions, messaging, and positioning.

• Enable sales with impactful collateral, case studies, and competitive analyses.

Content and Communication

• Develop a robust content marketing strategy, including blogs, webinars, white papers, and thought leadership pieces.

• Manage public relations, media outreach, and partnerships to boost brand visibility.

• Build a strategy for engaging with regional and global audiences (e.g., multilingual campaigns for UAE).

Qualifications and Skills

• 8-12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing

• Proven track record of scaling marketing efforts for high-growth startups

• Experience with international markets, particularly in the US, is a strong plus.
