Job Description:
As an Assistant Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with clients in the field. Your role will require frequent travel, in-person client interactions, and providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for expanding our market presence, closing high-value deals, and ensuring that the team meets or exceeds sales targets. This role combines leadership, technical knowledge, and a deep understanding of the air purification industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth in the centralized air purification system market.
- Identify and target potential clients, including businesses, schools, hospitals, and industrial facilities, who require air purification solutions.
- Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our products.
- Collaborate with technical teams to offer tailored air purification solutions based on client needs.
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact and product demonstrations to closing deals and post-sale support.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Track and manage sales opportunities in CRM systems, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate reporting.
- Assist in creating and delivering sales materials, proposals, and quotations.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and build networks.
- Monitor competitor products and market trends to stay informed and adjust sales strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Two years of experience, preferably in the HVAC, air purification, or environmental systems industry (Fresher can also apply).
- Strong understanding of centralized air purification systems and their applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven approach.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and sales reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits.
