Techtinium Technologies is looking for a talented and passionate Marketing Communications Specialist. Our Client is a non-profit organization in the US and is dedicated to scientific space exploration. We are looking for a Salesforce & Pardot expert to support the existing implementation, integration, and optimization of Salesforce and Pardot, with a focus on enhancing donor engagement and fundraising efforts.
Responsibilities:
Design and execute email marketing campaigns using Pardot.
Ensure all emails are optimized for performance and deliverability.
Utilize A/B testing to improve response rates and conversions.
Implement and manage lead nurturing programs using Pardot. Set up and refine lead scoring models to align with campaign goals.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and automated journeys. Use data to recommend improvements in campaign strategies.
Manage lists, segmentations, and data integrations within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills and strong project management and leadership skills, particularly for executing campaigns.
Hands-on experience in marketing automation, specifically with Salesforce Pardot.
Strong skills in Pardot’s and Salesforce’s reporting features, including building custom reports and dashboards to measure campaign performance.
Experience with A/B testing and analytics tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to occasionally work Pacific Standard hours for calls with the American team.
High level of integrity, ethics, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Six-day work week
