Role Overview:

The Field Marketing Specialist will work closely with the Brand and Communications Manager to support and execute on-ground marketing strategies. The role is primarily responsible for increasing the frequency and quality of events, expos, and other brand visibility initiatives. In addition, this role involves managing BTL (Below The Line) activities and driving revenue-focused branding efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Event and Expo Management:

Plan and execute events, expos, and trade shows to showcase Bolt.Earth’s products.

Increase the frequency of participation in key industry events and ensure Bolt.Earth’s presence is impactful.

Collaborate with internal teams to design booths, coordinate logistics, and manage event timelines.

Oversee setup and smooth execution of events, and perform post-event analysis to ensure continuous improvement.


2. Branding and Revenue Growth:

Support marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and drive revenue.

Assist in developing and executing branding initiatives across multiple channels.

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and identify opportunities to improve branding efforts.


3. BTL (Below The Line) Marketing:

Be the custodian of all BTL marketing activities, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Plan and manage promotional campaigns, activations, roadshows, and local marketing events.

Ensure consistent execution of BTL activities across regions and measure performance through key metrics.


4. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

Liaise with vendors, agencies, and external partners to ensure high quality execution of marketing activities.

Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, product, and operations to align marketing efforts with broader company goals.


5. Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify opportunities for events, expos, and BTL activities.

Analyze competitor activity and provide insights for improving field marketing strategies.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. 4-5 years of experience in field marketing, event management, or related roles.

2. Proven track record in organizing and executing successful events and BTL campaigns.

3. Agency and Vendor connections to manage the activities.

4. Fluent in both Hindi and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

5. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

6. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

7. Analytical mindset to assess the performance of marketing activities and make data-driven decisions.

8. Experience in the electric vehicle (EV) or tech industry is a plus. (Not Mandatory).
