CLIENT : Global end-to-end solution provider for API Process Development for Peptides and Proteins.
KEY DELIVERABLES:
Oversee commercial-scale peptide products, Peptide manufacturing process and phases to enable decision-making for the selection of peptides to be worked on, along with the portfolio team.
Lead a team of synthetic and analytical chemists and peptide purification chemists towards the process development of peptide APIs and customer based NCE development projects.
Process development and manufacturing of peptides NCEs and APIs using solution phase peptide synthesis, solid phase peptide synthesis, and hybrid technologies under c GMP.
Execute the process development and c GMP manufacturing using solution phase peptide synthesis.
Developed novel, scalable, and patentable solution phase process to produce peptide APIs Leuprolide, Triptorelin, and Octreotide.
Develop robust processes to produce high quality peptide building blocks such as Pseudoproline dipeptides, Isoacyl dipeptides, N-Methyl amino acids, and side chain derivatized Lysine compounds with high quality and in multi kilogram scale.
Proactive identification of potential bottlenecks in the technique employed
Adopti green chemistry/ advanced chemistry principles in pharmaceutical process design and development
Incumbent profile:
Internationally academic qualified Ph D Chemistry/Post-Doc with leadership experience in peptides synthesis, organic, and organometallic chemistry.
Annual Compensation: 40 LPA++
