Orange Technologies is a leading e-commerce company specializing in trending, high-quality products delivered across India. As part of our logistics optimization, we are looking for an experienced MIS Executive with a background in 3 PL courier operations to manage and analyze data efficiently.
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled MIS Executive who has previous experience working in a 3 PL courier company. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional proficiency in MS Excel , with a proven track record of managing logistics data. We need someone who is familiar with the e-commerce industry and can contribute from day one without requiring training on logistics basics.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Management and Reporting:
Collect and manage operational data from 3 PL courier partners.
Generate comprehensive reports on shipment performance, delivery timelines, and returns.
Analyze data to identify discrepancies, inefficiencies, and areas of improvement.
2. Advanced Excel Proficiency:
Work seamlessly in MS Excel using advanced shortcuts, formulas, and macros.
Create pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and other analytical tools without relying on a mouse for navigation.
Ensure data accuracy and optimize workflows to save time and increase efficiency.
3. Process Optimization:
Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to optimize courier operations using data insights.
Provide actionable recommendations to enhance delivery performance and reduce delays or errors.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years as an MIS Executive in a 3 PL courier company or a related logistics role.
Technical Expertise:
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (shortcuts, macros, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
Fast typing speed and a command over data management tools.
Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of courier and e-commerce logistics operations.
Preferred:
Previous experience in handling high-volume e-commerce data.
Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Compensation
Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹40,000 per month, depending on expertise and commitment.
