About the Role - Hiring for SharePoint Operations Support Specialist
Responsibilities -
- Manage and resolve incidents, changes, and maintenance requests using ServiceNow, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
- Perform first-level analysis of tickets to determine the root cause of incidents, changes, or maintenance requests.
- Collaborate with Technical Service Owners, Product Owners and Business Stakeholders to resolve incidents, changes, and maintenance requests, ensuring that issues are properly documented and escalated as needed.
- Provide second-level support for complex technical issues. Analyzing and troubleshooting technical problems and escalating issues to third-level support as needed.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of SharePoint operations, (SharePoint architecture and infrastructure, SharePoint configuration and customization, SharePoint integration with other systems and applications, SharePoint security and compliance)
- Provide technical guidance and support to Technical Service Owners and Product Owners on SharePoint-related issues.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of SharePoint operations.
- Develop and maintain documentation of SharePoint operations, including technical guides, process documents, and knowledge base articles.
Qualifications -
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in an operations or technical support role, preferably SharePoint and SharePoint Online (SPO).
- Knowledge in information rights management (part of SharePoint security and compliance) and working with custom built features.
- Experience with ticketing systems, such as ServiceNow.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint technologies, including SharePoint architecture, configuration, customization, and integration.
- Strong knowledge of M365 services, including Power Platform / Power Apps, as well as Azure Services
- Collaborate effectively with team members in an international team using agile methodologies (Scrum) and utilize tools such as Jira and Confluence
Pay range and compensation package - CTC UPTO 14LPA based on Experience & Last CTC
